UX/UI TESTING SERVICES FOR WEBSITES AND APPS
We provide full UX/UI testing services for websites and for apps. User experience and user interface are the most significant areas of web development and we have the know-how, the experience and the desire to ensure your new website or app makes a huge positive impression with your users.
In smaller projects such as golf club websites we guide you through what works and what doesn’t work based on our considerable experience in the market and normally testing stages are not required. But for larger websites, new e-commerce ventures, governing bodies and large organizations we recommend at least between 2 and 8 rounds of user testing.
As Lean and Agile evangelists we adopt a flexible approach. We are ready and able to change quickly and we are already aware that scope and user tasks will vary across each testing round.
We will appoint a project manager who will be your contact for the duration of the testing period.
We take the time to understand from you the level of focus you wish to place on certain aspects of the testing. Many people scan rather than read, so it may be that you wish to ensure that the words used make it easy for people to scan. Our collaborative approach ensures focus on testing areas that matter most to you.
We are fully conversant with Prince 2 project management processes as well as Lean and Agile environments.
Our testers are experienced web developers and UX/UI experts who have studied with some of the most brilliant minds in this field at Stanford University. We understand what matters in UX/UI design.
Testing the right people
In work with you to determine the exact cross section of user types you require for testing. We then ensure that the testers we recruit are in exact proportion to your specified market mix.
Delivering the right environments for testing
We test in purpose-built, specialised web and mobile devices testing studios with viewing areas, video recording equipment, 2-way viewing mirrors and all other technologies required for recording user experiences.
Number of testing stages
In Lean and Agile environments web concepts are tested right from the very first few wireframes. The approach is to ensure what you’re building is what people want, before you invest money building it. Testing can be expensive, but it’s much cheaper than developing a website or an app that nobody wants to use.
In smaller projects such as golf club websites we guide you through what works and what doesn’t work based on our considerable experience in the market and normally testing stages are not required. But for larger websites, new e-commerce ventures, sports governing bodies and large over-arcing sports organizations we recommend between 2 and 8 rounds of user testing.
